Warrior spin

The world's most advanced spin bike which uses the greatest up to date technology to make the bike suited to you and your abilities.

Fantastic to build up cardio levels & lose weight.

Body pump & tone

This class is suitable to all experience levels. We work through each of the muscle groups and really get those muscles toned and effective.

You will have your own barbell, step and weights for this class and you go at your own pace.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed.

Tabata

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.It is a form of HIIT training and boost the bodies metabolism up to 4 times faster which is ideal for weight loss and getting fitter

Boxercise/ kickboxercise

We use our gloves and pads to go through a fun filled destressing class. No experience required. We give you the fun of exercise mixed in with the confidence of kickboxing and boxing.

Personal Training

We mix in the fun of kettlebell training with the cardiovascular benefits of spinning. A real fun class that is very popular. Aimed at full body muscular endurance with cardiovascular endurance mixed it.

Mixed Martial Arts

Training in Mixed Martial Arts for adults. We run classes weekday evenings and at the weekends.

Our little and Junior warriors

We teach the martial art and self defence skill of Brazilian jiu jitsu. We create a fun filled and learning environment for the children so they have the confidence to defend themselves and the courage and respect to know when. We run a 5 to 8 year olds and a 9 to 15 yrs old. All instructors ane garda vetted and safeguarding 1 qualified through the institute of sport.
